Prohibited content

You may not use VoiceLuma to create content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or that infringes another person’s rights.

Voice cloning rules

• You may only clone your own voice or a voice for which you hold documented permission.
• Public-figure impersonation is prohibited.
• Child and child-like voice cloning is prohibited.
• Recordings taken from movies, television, podcasts, social media or calls may not be submitted unless you own the rights and have the speaker’s authorization.

AI disclosure

You agree to disclose AI-generated audio where required by law or platform policy, including political content, news-like content and content depicting real people.

Enforcement

Violations can result in content removal, voice suspension, or account termination. We investigate every report, and reported voices are suspended while under review.
