By accessing or using VoiceLuma AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your jurisdiction) to use the platform.

3. Credits and subscriptions

Voice generation is metered in character credits. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Monthly credit allowances reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the platform to create content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or that impersonates a real person without their documented consent. Voice cloning requires the explicit consent of the person being cloned, which we verify and retain.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the scripts you upload and the audio you generate. You grant us the limited right to process that content solely to operate the platform. Content you publish to the public voice library is licensed to other users for generation purposes.

6. AI disclosure

You agree to disclose AI-generated audio where required by law or platform policy (e.g., political content, news-like content, or content depicting real people).

7. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may evolve, and we may modify or discontinue non-core features with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoiceLuma AI is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the platform or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
